Flights became available at the end of July 2024. Airfare is not included in the package price, but you can add flights.

NOTE — Please remember we’ll fly into Osaka and return from Tokyo. If you want a roundtrip option, you can take a train or fly between Osaka and Tokyo. Please discuss your options with our team - including pre- and post- stays.

Airport transfers are included in package price. For arrivals to Osaka, transfers are included for pickup at KIX. For departures from Tokyo, transfer are included for NRT. Please provide your flight information as soon as it’s available.

Our group will be staying at Hotel Granvia Osaka [pictured] and Tokyo Bay Shiomi Prince Hotel. Breakfast is included. Most rooms in our block are for double occupancy. However, we will check availability for families with children who need triple or quad occupancy rooms.

The entrance ticket into Expo 2025 is not included, and we will send the finalized pricing structure by March 2025.

For our convenience, a new train line to Expo 2025 will be added to Osaka’s existing Metro line. The line will start at Cosmosquare Station and go to Yumeshima Station — the new station for Expo 2025.

Our package includes two (2) full-day excursions:

• Osaka (June 18, 2025) — With private coach/local guide - Kyoto, Japan to visit the Kiyomizu Temple and Nijo Castle [pictured] (2-course lunch + drink included)

• Tokyo (June 22, 2025) — With private coach/local guide - Tokyo Skytree (Tembo Galleria + Tembo Deck Combo ticket)

Additional excursion options will be suggested with the opportunity to book once your deposit is paid.

Included transportation: airport transfers, private coach tour buses, and train from Osaka to Tokyo. Our team will help verify local transportation options for your optional leisure time activities, if needed.

The group package pricing is based on double occupancy (a limited number of triple and quad rooms for families with children at adjusted rates are available upon request). A single supplement applies. The rates per person (pp):

• Double: *$3,602 - $3,732 pp

• Single: *$6,176 - $6,306 pp

• Triple: *$2,740 - $2,870 pp

• Quad: *$2,984 - $3,114 pp

• Gratuities (local guides, drivers, service teams) are not included in the package price (a guide will be offered)
